Global Communicators Consortium
Wins $1.1 million Honduras Image-Building Campaign
10-month Contract Includes Global Communicators, LLC; August,
Lang & Husak; and Global Partners Consulting, LLC
WASHINGTON,
DC – The Honduras investment promotion agency FIDE (Fundación
para la Inversión y Desarrollo de Exportaciones) has signed
a $1,114,427, 10-month contract with a consortium headed by
Global Communicators, LLC (GC), for a U.S. image-building
campaign that targets several investment sectors.
Other members of the consortium are August, Lang & Husak,
GC’s advertising strategic partner based in Bethesda, MD,
and Global Partners Consulting, LLC, GC’s Latin America marketing
partner headquartered in Windermere, FL.
Jim Harff, GC president and CEO, said, “Our team brings together
public relations, advertising, and marketing professionals
with a strong expertise in Latin America and U.S. investment
promotion to provide Honduras with cost-effective, high-level
counsel for designing and conducting this campaign.”
GC, founded in 1997, has provided investment promotion advice
to Western Switzerland, Jordan, Bolivia, Honduras, Kosovo,
and Albania. August, Lang & Husak, a full-service advertising
agency launched in 1992, specializes in advertising strategy,
tactics and campaign implementation. It has worked on international
advertising projects for New Zealand Lamb and Beef, the Export-Import
Bank of the United States, and several multinational corporations.
Global Partners Consulting, headed by Luis Soto, has worked
with GC on assignments in Bolivia, Honduras and China in addition
to managing projects in every region of the world.
“All three member agencies of the consortium share a virtual
corporation model whereby customized account teams are assembled
from each agency’s core professionals supplemented with independent
strategic partners who have special expertise and capabilities
for a specific client,” Harff said. “The resulting synergy
means clients can access the best expertise available at the
most affordable price.”
The project is funded by The World Bank.
