Economic Development Expert, Pierre K. Glauser, Joins Global
Communicators Board of Senior International Advisers
Former Swiss Embassy Assistant Defense Attaché in Washington

WASHINGTON,
DC (October 16, 2007) – International economic development
and investment expert Pierre K. Glauser, based in Neuchâtel,
Switzerland, has joined the Global Communicators, LLC, board
of senior international advisers.
Glauser, an international management consultant, was executive
director of the Vaud Council for Economic Development headquartered
in Lausanne when Global Communicators represented the council
in the United States, from 1999 to 2002. He was director of
the Swiss Watch Industry Federation and, before that, an official
of the Swiss Defense Department that included assignments
in Washington as assistant defense attaché at the Swiss Embassy.
Multi-lingual in French, German and English, Glauser received
a master’s degree in economics and business administration
from Geneva University.

decade.” Harff said Glauser joins a six-member international
board that advises the agency on new business development,
specific economic sector consulting, and corporate development

The board includes television producer and writer Fredrick
Campbell, veteran international business executive Dr. William
S. Hatten, United Arab Emirates international businessman
Muhammad Catic, former Clinton Administration National Security
presidential assistant Jill A. Schuker, and former FIAT executive
and international marketing expert Maximilian Ullmann.
